Majlis Ash-Shura is an umbrella organization for over 90 organizations and mosques. Beyond officially representing the Muslim community, we strive to take up and promote just causes for Muslims and other communities.
Community Empowerment
Majlis Ash-Shura is committed to empowering the Muslim community in the Metropolitan New York area through facilitation, engagement, and collaboration with local mosques, community centers and organizations.
Building Networks
Majlis Ash-Shura is dedicated to building networks and cooperating with faith organizations, civil rights organizations, and leadership who share a vision for a just New York that caters to the needs of the people.
