If you are in need of an endorsement letter for an Islamic chaplaincy position, you may fill out the following form. Endorsement letters require the following:

• Resume that lists relevant experience in matters of chaplaincy and educational background in the Islamic sciences.
• Available interview days/times
• Two references from appropriate religious authority

Note: Endorsement letters go through a vetted process consisting of interviews and Imams’ approvals. Full endorsements may take upto 1 month for full processing. Requests do not guarantee endorsements.
